A silly song which takes you on a little bit of a musical journey and ends up being rather melodramatic.
I started of by recording the ukulele parts on my iPad one evening while sitting on the sofa, with the intention to re-record them later on using a proper microphone. In the end I liked them, warts and all. You can hear all the woody scrapes and lumps and bumps. I like that.
The lyrics suggested themselves once the first line popped into my head.
I've also done an 'acoustic' remix so that you can hear the uke in all it's tinkly glory!
